The nutrient-rich paddies are traditionally farmed by families, so the rice is lovingly cared for throughout its cultivation. A ‘photo-period sensitive’ variety, jasmine rice can only be cultivated once a year. Upon harvesting, it is processed in the only organic mill in Thailand, ensuring that no adulteration of non-organic grains is possible.
